The Games of the Lower Guadiana II is already underway, the next day starting May 2 and include the same sporting events from multiple disciplines will be held in different municipalities that make up the sports project. Basketball, athletics, tennis, soccer and futsal Canoeing, Bowling, Padel, hiking, swimming, volleyball, mountain biking, golf, sailing, table tennis and Kite Surfing are some of the sport can enjoy the qeu in Cartaya, Ayamonte, Villanueva de los Castillejos, Castro Marin, Alcoutim, Villareal de San Antonio and Monte Gordo.

Program / schedule: - From 09.00 to 09.30 hours: Reception of participants and documentation - 09.30 hours: Opening of the seminar by the authorities Block 1: Sports Tourism Proposals for strategies to promote sports tourism. - 09.45 hours: 1st intervention: Representative of Spain - 10.30 am: Discussion and questions to the 1st intervention - 10.45 hours: 2nd intervention. Representative of Portugal - 11.30 am: Discussion and questions to the 2nd intervention. - 11.45 hours: Coffee Break / Café.
Objectives .- - Improve and enhance the relationships between the various actors involved in the sport system in the municipalities of the Lower Guadiana. - Learn lessons from other organizations that allow us to transfer them to our area. - Create a task force that will enable us to face new challenges for the benefit of the municipalities that comprise the Lower Guadiana. - Promote the implementation of coordinated actions aimed at implementing programs to improve health through sport. - Plan for joint action to promote global area under Guadiana as a tourist destination. - Improve the training and knowledge about sport management from the workshop participants and hence the area. |
