A total of 22 business projects in the province of Huelva receive an incentive from the Ministry of Innovation, Science and Enterprise, which is around 325,000 euros to help tackle a global investment of 1.4 million euros in upgrading their systems production or services, the incorporation of information technologies and communication or the creation of new companies. read more These are the projects approved in the last provincial committee for assessing applications for the incentives contained in the Order for the Promotion of Innovation and Enterprise Development, managed by the Agency for Innovation and Development of Andalusia (IDEA). The aid covers between 15 and 40 per cent of the investment incentive projects submitted by enterprises and business associations, as indicated by the Board in a note.
The beneficiaries belong to different sectors and activities such as commerce, health services, leisure, communication, industry and food, among others. Most of the projects is included in the category of modernization for the incorporation of information technologies and communication and advanced services to businesses, since betting on the introduction of new software to improve the management, acquisition of new equipment The creation of web pages or the establishment of standards of quality certification.
The delegate for Innovation, Science and Enterprise in Huelva, Manuel de Paz, recalled that the new Order of Incentives for the Promotion of Innovation and Business Development for Andalusia 2009-2013 has a funding of 1500 million and reduces the response times of the administration, to satisfy the liquidity needs of businesses in these times of financial difficulties.
The order includes specific measures to promote equality between men and women in business, and the inclusion of young people.
The number of projects and incentives approved this month have exceeded those of the previous commission assessment days held last March 10 at the Provincial Delegation for Innovation, Science and Enterprise, which approved the granting of incentives with a total value € 200,000 to 12 companies for an investment of close to 700,000 euros. Also, so far this year has approved a total incentive of more than 724,700 euros for 45 business projects, which involve an investment of around three million euros.
