In addition, he pointed out that Huelva will be the province receiving the most investment per inhabitant, with 876.7 euros, which is an increase of the 15.5 percent and 117.7 euros,

Mañas indicated that the largest part of the budget investments will be destined to Public Works and Transport, with a total of 93.5 million euros, of which 17.4 million euros in the conservation and repair of the highway system. 12 million will be spent on improving road security and 8 million on the Metropolitan South Connection, linking Huelva to Punta Umbria with a new direct connection across the marshes that separate the two towns. In addition, 6.8 million euros will be spent for the connections of the A-49 with the Antilla, Islantilla and the Redondela.

For Agriculture, the Government has allotted 78 million euros, for the Environment 61.5 million euros, of which 10.9 will be destined to the infrastructure development and management of hydric resources; 6,6 for the prevention and fighting fires and 3,5 for the cleaning and purification of water in the province.
