‘Masts Contest’ in Castro Marim

 

Throughout the month of June, Popular Parades, The Masts and Dances will animate the nights in various localities of the municipality of Castro Marim.  

 

At 10pm each evening, associations and clubs participating in the ‘Masts Contest’ will give of their best in rhymes, dances and decoration of The Masts. At the end of each parade, there will be a dance.

 

On 23rd June, also at 22.00hrs, in the Praça 1º de Maio, Castro Marim, the winners will be announced.  

 

The VII Masts Contest is an initiative of the Municipal Council and features the participation of the Associação ARCA, Campesino Recreativo Futebol Clube, Associação Recreativa e Cultural dos Amigos de Alta Mora,

Grupo Desportivo do Rio Seco,

Associação de Bem Estar da Freguesia de Odeleite,

Leões do Sul Futebol Clube and the Clube de Junqueira.
